Some Great Fun!
07.21
My daughter absolutely loves watching Nickelodeon, and lately she has gotten it into her head that maybe she should be on some of these shows herself – after all, they’re all kids her age, right? My wife and I would like to surprise her for her birthday, but Nickelodeon auditions have proven harder to come by than I would have thought. I guess a lot of other parents have had the same idea we did! Lucky for us, we stumbled across this site one day and it’s made the whole project a lot easier to undertake. Since they’re such a large network, there are Nickelodeon auditions in almost every city, so we’re going to be able to plan a day trip for her birthday and then really surprise her with the audition. I just know it’s going to make her day – I really can not say enough good things about this website!
Friends Across the Country

The thing about attending college when you are younger is that you make so many friends and you never know what part of the country or part of the world they will end up in. I have friends that stayed put in the area where they grew up but I have others that took jobs in other states because they couldn’t find any good opportunities locally. That is what happened to my friend Matt. He was hired before he even graduated and had to pack up and move to Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Another one of my friends whom I met in Spanish class ended up taking an internship with Disney World and left for a year. Her major was in the tourism industry but she had aspirations to become a model and actor. One of the last times that I talked to her she had written to me about Disney auditions in Florida. I hope she makes it.
